ADOBE PREMIERE TIME REMAPPING MORE THAN 1000

Maybe I just don’t know the right key words. Does anyone have an advice on how to solve this problem, especially focussing on my specific clip? I’d like to do all this in Premiere, but do you know of a way to do this in AE if there’s no way to do it in Premiere? Note that the impact will be multiplicative, so if you make the video 10 times faster and the sequence 3 times faster, you’ll end up with footage 30 times faster than the original. While this does work, the limitation of the approach means you can’t speed ramp or ease the time remapping at the beginning or end. If I wanted to have a time rrmapping between being up in the air and landing on the runway within like 5 seconds that is definitely not enough.
